Settlement between Rubabah Sultan and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, 1915
Settlement between Rubabah Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Husayn (son of Haji Muhammad Baqir) and wife of Muhammad Riza (son of Sadiq from Khuzan), and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, over part of an orchard and its share of water from the qanat, located in Shams Abad district, for ninety-one tumans, dated October 26, 1915. Muhammad Riza has approved this transaction. On verso, dated February 13, 1918: Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali sold the above property to Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, for ninety-one tumans.

Settlement of Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Javad, with Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Haji Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn, over some shares of usage of water from a qanat, for two thousand and six hundred tumans. She has also sold her revocation right for two hundred tumans, making the total price two thousand and eight hundred tumans (January 8, 1918). In three copies: four Muhammad'uf brothers, Haj Baba, the late Haj ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the late Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, and the late Aqa Mashhadi Najaf, jointly owned the real estate business covering properties in Azarbayjan and Islambul [Istanbul]. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.
